Ivory Donates Papers to Univ of Oregon May 1, 5:45 AM EST James Ivory, known for his lavish period dramas and longtime association with producer Ismail Merchant, donated his personal papers to the University of Oregon com/ivory "Le Divorce," starring Kate Hudson, Naomi Watts and Glenn Close, will be released later this year Ivory, who grew up in Klamath Falls, studied architecture at the university â€â€?â€â€?â€â€?
