Parental guidance suggested It's done with restraint, and helps us picture what happened in various parts of the ship In another room a bowler hat sits, waiting for its owner NC-17 â€â€? No one under 17 admitted Cameron â€â€? accompanied by Bill Paxton, a co-star of "Titanic" â€â€? has gone back down 2 All ages admitted " These mobile cameras can go through small openings, meaning so can we, the audience The cameras glide over the deck Maybe we can do without his somewhat forced nervousness, but soon this ends; we're arriving at the bottom of the ocean, and it's amazing to see the color of the water change to a deep black, then to spy a starfish lying on the ocean floor Under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian There was, of course, footage of the wreck in "Titanic," and it made for some of the best moments Cameron makes frequent use of his "ghosts" â€â€? actors portraying snippets of scenes, overlaid onto footage of the wreck â€â€? but surprisingly this isn't annoying After three hours-plus of the 1997 film, the director is back with another hour, this time a documentary But back then, the capability didn't exist to go deep into the ship with a camera Soon we see pieces of china scattered on the sand, and other remnants of the ship â€â€?â€â€?â€â€? General audiences Three and a half stars out of four There are few more compelling tales than that of the gleaming luxury liner that went down in April 1912 after hitting an iceberg, killing some 1,500 people "Ghosts of the Abyss," a Walt Disney Pictures release, is rated G And so Cameron felt time was of the essence Some material may not be suitable for children "I knew we were going to get close to the Titanic, but I never thought we'd get THIS close," Paxton says You could be forgiven for thinking: "Enough, Jim! Give it a rest!"
