I was following my diet, not cheating, everything! to no avail, I'd be in shape but not Pro level my Mom thinks it was to focus my energy elsewhere, but I loved it from day one I drink tons of water, and one of my major learning lessons was aspartame! it actually mimics insulin in my body which is a big 'no no' so I've cut that out too! 7 I guess what people don't know about me is that I'm a very shy, quiet person and that I'm not a 'girly girl' as much as I look in pics What do you feel is your biggest fitness-related accomplishment? Getting up on stage! haha, no seriously, somedays I have to refresh myself with how much I have accomplished because I can get quite down on myself with the "should've, could've, would've" stuff lots of vities, and chromium picolinate Please describe your normal diet I'm not out to pretend I'm something I'm not! 14 jenkersten What tips would you give to someone who wanted to get into the fitness modeling (or fitness competition) industry? Just go for it! but don't expect overnight success We still laugh about it today, all the girls were back stage primping and I was eating chocolate bars! haha 3 Is fitness modeling/competition your full-time job? If not, what else do you do? No, it's like a full time job on top of my full time job What do you feel differentiates you from other people in your field?
