Experimental, slightly psychedelic band forming & need drummer who understands that "less is more." Must be familiar with at least one of our four possible directions:

1) Miles Davis ('68-'75) influenced somewhat funky improvisational weirdness.
2) The Krautrock scene (Can, Neu, Faust, etc)
3) Manchester post-punk music ranging from Joy Division to the Stone Roses.
4) Early Pink Floyd, the Velvet Underground, Suicide, Spacemen 3, etc.

Be a solid player & reliable person. We currently practice in Boulder and Lafayette but would consider practicing in Denver with the right drummer.
